One-quarter of beef, harvested once our cattle reach 1000-1200lbs live weight (about 14-18 months old). Each quarter-beef produces approximately 189lbs of edible meat. Our price per pound is for hot carcass weight (HCW) and includes processing. All our cattle are 100% pure-bred Herefords, pasture-raised, non-hormone-treated, and ethically cared for by our family. As a husband and wife team who are both veterans (USMC and US Army), our beef proudly carries the Homegrown by Heroes (HBH) label and is USDA and NCDA certified.
